In 1995, Ray Wallace saw that many companies were having difficulties claiming training cost incentives because of the complexity of the process and the time commitment involved. So he set out to solve the problem.

As a CPA who had specialized in income tax for over 25 years, Ray quickly saw that this was an area that needed not only Accounting expertise, but real Training expertise, as well.

Ray has since assembled a team of experts that includes the once operational head of the Retraining Tax Credit in Georgia, the former Vice-President of Economic Development at Dekalb Tech, and accounting and training executives from both private & public companies.

WALLACE began working with Georgia companies such as Motorola, Biolab, General Mills, & Columbian Chemicals to ensure that they could maximize their training cost recovery dollars.

Since 2000, WALLACE has prepared over 30% of all of Georgia’s Retraining Tax Credits.

As a result of our success in Georgia, WALLACE has grown from a small one-man organization to a successful INC 500 company with many successful clients (including Georgia-Pacific, GE, Kilpatrick Stockton, Aon, & Parker Hannifin) in every region in which Training Grants, Credits, & Incentives are available.
